Going above and beyond rank qualifications in many areas including but not limited to Hazmat, Master Helmsman, Underway Replenishment, Flight Ops. Including holding position within division above paygrade including but not limited to Deck Supervisor, Training Petty Officer, Rig Captain, etc.

Which invests in Real Estate deals in order to fund it's donations to various organizations to help fund community outreach in urban and rural in need communities. As well as fund creationist and scientific ongoing research.
